Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your BetaFlow order. Please read this policy before you buy.

1. Health and Safety

BetaFlow is a dietary supplement. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at betaflow303@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • A photo of the product and packaging.

We will send you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the product back unless we ask you to.

3. Unopened Products

You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email us at betaflow303@gmail.com first. Returns sent without asking us first may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to find it. If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost.

5. Subscriptions

  • You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us at betaflow303@gmail.com.
  • To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date.
  • If you are charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us before the order ships and we will cancel and refund it. Once an order has shipped, the rules in sections 2 and 3 apply.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
